THE CAVEMAN

Pelo segundo ano consecutivo, a Tiago do Vale Arquitectos é vencedora nos American Architecture Prize, um dos mais respeitados prémios de arquitetura mundiais que avalia obras de todo o mundo. Se na edição de 2016 o Gabinete de arquitetura bracarense foi galardoado na categoria de Património Arquitetónico, este ano foi distinguido como vencedor na categoria Design de interiores/Comercial, com o projeto The Caveman, a requalificação de uma antiga sapataria construída nos anos 90 na vila de Ponte de Lima. Mais dois trabalhos portugueses foram distinguidos por este prémio internacional de Arquitetura.

For the second year in a row, Tiago do Vale Arquitectos is an American Architecture Prize winner, one of the most respected architectural awards in the world, judging works from around the world. In the 2016 edition the Braga bases architecture practice was awarded in the Architectural Heritage category, while this year it was recognised as the winner in the Interior Design/Retail category, with The Caveman project, the renovation of an old shoe shop built in the 1990s in the town of Ponte de Lima. Two other Portuguese works were distinguished with this international architecture prize.
