Nos anos 80 ganhou vida. Em 2016 o Arquitecto Tiago do Vale transforma-o. São 40m2 em Caminha, pensados ao mais ínfimo pormenor, e um apartamento pensado para o mar. Venham mais 30 anos!
In the 80s it came to life. In 2016 the architect Tiago do Vale transformed it. It’s 40m2 in Caminha, thought to the most intimate detail, and an apartment thought for the ocean. We welcome another 30 years!
A cor branca funciona como ponto essencial deste apartamento: a luz tinha de jogar em favor das divisões. No entanto, o verão entra-nos através da parede azul: elemento de integração entre as portas e a cozinha. A entrada na casa transforma-se automaticamente e o mar reflete-se nela. A funcionalidade open-space surge de forma pensada e refletida, permitindo também o seu encurtamento através da inserção de uma porta de correr entre a parede da cozinha e da sala. Assim, o resguardo e aconchego do quarto mantêm-se ou ampliam-se, consoante a vontade do morador.
A superfície de cerâmica da cozinha, aliada a superfícies texturadas e pormenores ponderados, dão aos espaços um cunho personalizado, humanizando-os.
The white colour works as a key point of the apartment: the light had to play in favor of the divisions. However, the summer enters through the blue wall: an element of integration between doors and the kitchen. The entrance to the house transforms itself automatically and the ocean is re ected in it. The open-space functionality comes in a thought and re ected way, al- lowing for its shortening through the insertion of a sliding door between the wall of the kitchen and the living room. Thus, the protection and coziness of the room continues or is amplified, depending on the will of the inhabitant.
The ceramic surface in the kitchen, allied with the textured surfaces and the thought details, give the spaces a personalized touch, humanizing them.
